• The day before National Holidays The period of Chinese Lunar New Year Holidays is scheduled and announced by our hotel. Definitions of non-holiday and holiday above aresubject to change. Any changes will be announced on our official website without notice.
• Your personal information provided when booking should be in accordance with the one provided at check-in to secure your rights.The ID documents of the same person(s) are required for verification and registration when check in our hotel.
• Check-in time: PM:15:00 Please follow the rules and policy of our hotel to check in. If you are unable to check in on time, please notify us by phone in advance.
• Check-out before: AM:12:00

The procedure and notes for bookings by phone

• The date and the number of persons for check-in are required by our booking staff. Your booking details will be filed and the confirmation letter will be sent to you via either fax or email. To secure your rights of booking, please send the confirmation letter back to us within the deadline, otherwise your booking(s) will be cancelled without notice.
• All types of room in our hotel are subject to availability. You are encouraged to plan and make a reservation as early as possible to ensure a smooth holiday.

The procedure and notes for online bookings

• If you make a reservation online via our official website, 30% price of the room(s) you book must be fully paid under your agreement to secure your rights on the room(s) and rate(s) for your online booking.
• The amount of payment is immediately deducted from the account of your credit card used for payments as soon as the payment is made online by credit card.
• All types of room in our hotel are subject to availability. You are encouraged to plan and make a reservation as early as possible to ensure a smooth holiday.

Reservation cancelation

In accordance to the Regulation of Standard Contracts issued by the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and communications:

• Cancelation on the check-in date will result in a 30% fee of the total room price.
• Cancelation 1 day before the check-in date will result in a 24% fee of the total room price.
• Cancelation 2-3 days before the check-in date will result in a 21% fee of the total room price.
• Cancelation 4-6 days before the check-in date will result in a 18% fee of the total room price.
• Cancelation 7-9 days before the check-in date will result in a 15% fee of the total room price.
• Cancelation 10-13 days before the check-in date will result in a 9% fee of the total room price.
• Cancelation 14 days before the check-in date will result in a full refund.

Natural Disasters

• In the cases of natural disastersoccursuch as typhoons, earthquakes or other irresistible factors, the judgments on the requests of postponement or cancellation are based on the government’s announcement for traffic and weather conditions. The person who makes the reservation is requested to take the initiative in contacting us for either putting off or cancelling the booking. Bookings can be rearranged within 3 months after the original booking dates if the request of postponement is accepted.
